Part of our key activities is drafting and prosecuting of German, European and international patent applications in various technical fields, such as electronic engineering and telecommunications (e.g. mobile radio communications), software, medical engineering, mechanical engineering, image processing, optics and technical physics. Further key activities of Wittmann Hernandez Patent Attorneys are furnishing of infringement opinions, freedom to operate analyses (FTO) and analyses of standard essentiality, mainly in the field of mobile radio communications (GSM, UMTS, LTE).

In addition, we have experience in opposition proceedings, appeal proceedings, cancelation proceedings and nullity proceedings.
